We’re supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team. This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 3 days per week on-site across multiple operational locations. Candidates do not need to live near one specific site but must be comfortable travelling between locations.
The Role
You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, talent management, and employee engagement. This role would suit someone who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and can confidently influence stakeholders while supporting business performance and culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HR Business Partner experience
- Background within:
- Energy from Waste (EFW)
- Energy Recovery Facilities (ERF)
- Manufacturing
- Heavy Industry
- Plant or operational environments
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Experience managing complex ER cases
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Experience supporting organisational change
Desirable
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Strong HR systems and data capability
