Are you an experienced CRM Manager, who has a core focus on driving customer engagement and operational excellence? If so we, want to speak to you about this role!

MRG is delighted to have partnered with a key financial services client, based in Glasgow, who is looking to recruit a CRM Manager to join their Customer function. In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering a data-driven, personalised CRM and communications strategy that enhances customer loyalty and long-term value.

About the Role:

In this transformative period of technology implementation and brand investment, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM and operational communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a small team to optimise customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with technology teams to shape the future of customer experience.
  • Champion the customer perspective across all initiatives, ensuring alignment with our brand values and tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement lifecycle and operational communications to enhance customer experiences.
  • Analyse customer trends and behaviours to inform and optimise CRM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Measure and report on CRM performance, driving continuous improvement.

Salary for this role is in the region of £53,000 with an excellent benefits package. The hybrid working arrangements are great, with circa one day expected in the office per month.
