Multi Skilled Recycling Operative to join their operations team.

The Role
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the facility.
You'll work across a variety of operational activities, ensuring the site runs effectively while maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.
Successful candidates will become multi-skilled across several operational functions and provide support wherever required across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the site weighbridge and manage vehicle movements.
- Operate a Forklift Truck (additional plant experience such as loading shovel or grab is advantageous).
- Act as a Traffic Marshal, ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
