One of the leading specialists in the Trust and fiduciary space is looking to add a Business Development Manager to their rapidly expanding London office. The firm has headquarters offshore and is looking to expand their client base in the EMEA region. They strive to offer the best financial solutions and trust structures to the UHNW and Family office market.
The firm is going through a very impressive period of growth, and the business development manager will join a high-performing team that sits across Europe, North America and the Far East. The firm also has excellent internal infrastructure with client onboarding, compliance and ongoing relationship management services that are among the best in the industry.
International travel will be a part of the role, and the firm is keen to have a presence at the relevant industry events across the EMEA region. It won’t be constant but there will be the chance to attend the key conferences around the region, which are normally in some very attractive locations. The budget needed to be successful in this style of role is very much for there and the firm is backing the BD team as much as possible.
As the firm's primary offering will be offshore trust structures, the firm is looking for experienced trust professionals who would be interested to move into the world of BD, or an experienced BD professional with offshore trust experience. The team needs to hire experience in this role and only those with this experience can be considered at this time.

Essential experience:
- Experience in the offshore trust space – ideally with a knowledge of the markets in the Caribbean and Europe.
- A successful track record of providing wealth solutions to UHNW clients – being able to offer the right solution to different client needs is important to the firm.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Business fluent English – a second language would be considered advantageous as well.
- The firm will be considering international candidates, including offering a work permit; however, it is essential that the successful candidate is based in London post-hire.
