An established and fast-growing cybersecurity services provider, trusted by organisations across all sectors to deliver world-class security solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their expanding commercial team due to continued success and ambitious growth plans.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth, building relationships with prospective clients, and expanding strategic accounts across the cybersecurity space. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, working closely with internal technical and marketing teams to deliver a consultative and value-led customer experience. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys taking ownership of pipeline generation and revenue growth.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Business Development, Account Executive, or similar business sales role
  • Experience selling penetration testing services, Cyber Essentials, or wider cybersecurity solutions within a similar B2B environment is essential
  • A strong track record of generating pipeline and exceeding sales targets

What’s on Offer

  • Salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus scheme with OTE potential of double base salary
  • The role can be fully remote; however, the successful candidate will be expected to attend their Doncaster-based office a couple of days per quarter for key meetings.
