Our client is an independent creative agency working at the premium end of the drinks sector. They partner with ambitious brands to deliver thoughtful strategy, high-quality creative and well-executed brand activations across multiple touchpoints. This is a highly collaborative team that values strong relationships, shared responsibility and people who are happy to get involved. This is a hands-on Account Manager position, joining the team on a 12-month maternity cover with the potential to become permanent. You’ll support the smooth delivery of creative projects, acting as the link between clients and internal teams while keeping work organised, on track and commercially sound.
Reporting into a Senior Account Manager and Account Director, you’ll manage day-to-day activity across a range of branding and campaign work, from packaging and activations to content, events and digital assets.
Responsibilities:- Manage projects end-to-end from briefing through to delivery and reconciliation.
- Act as the main day-to-day client contact.
- Own agreed scopes of work, escalating risks or changes when needed.
- Coordinate creative and strategy teams to keep work moving.
- Manage budgets, PO tracking and job profitability.
- Maintain accurate timelines, documentation and reporting.
- Review work against briefs and strategic intent.
- Support collaboration with external partners or suppliers.
- Build category knowledge and apply it to account delivery.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a creative or integrated agency.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or similar, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organisation skills with a good eye for detail.
- Confident managing clients and internal stakeholders.
- Commercially aware and comfortable managing budgets.
- Calm under pressure with strong deadline management.
- Good creative judgement and appreciation for design.
- Clear communicator, written and verbal.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new tools.
- Proactive, friendly and collaborative in your approach.
Up to £40,000. Hybrid Approach to working, with their base in Leith. 24 days per year (including 3 days over Christmas) + Bank Holidays. Wellness Benefits: Enjoy 4 Agency Wellness Days annually. Additional Perks: Health Cash Plan and Life Assurance available.
