We’re working with an established technology business in Aberdeen to find a Product Manager to join their growing digital team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of product development — working closely with customers, stakeholders, engineering and delivery teams to build products that solve real problems. You'll help shape the product roadmap, making decisions around what gets built, why it's being built and how it delivers value to customers. Use data and analytics to support product decisions and prioritisation. * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives. * A good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams. * A data-driven approach to decision making, with experience using Power BI or similar analytics tools. * A genuine interest in building products that solve customer problems and deliver business value. * A full UK driving licence, as travel to client and company locations will be required. Location & Travel Hybrid role, with 2 days per week based in the Aberdeen office and regular travel to client sites as required.
