Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Junior / Intermediate Contracts Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious electrical professional looking to develop their project management and commercial skills within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role
Working closely with senior management, estimators, site supervisors, and project teams, you will assist in the successful delivery of electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing commercial, industrial and residential electrical projects ranging from £100,000 to £3 million.
- Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and progress.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Support procurement and material scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Support project handovers and completion documentation.
- Experience within the electrical contracting industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Full UK driving licence.
