An excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our London Building Consultancy team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of surveying services while supporting professional development toward chartership.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake building inspections, condition surveys and professional reports
  • Assist with refurbishment and maintenance projects
  • Support contract administration duties
  • Prepare schedules of work and specifications
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Support senior surveyors across multiple projects

Qualifications

  • Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
  • Working toward MRICS (preferred)
  • Consultancy or client-side experience desirable
