We’re looking for a Senior Biostatistician to take a leading role in our growing Biostatistics team. You’ll work alongside experts across disciplines, providing statistical leadership, guiding high-impact projects, and mentoring colleagues.

What you’ll do
- Act as Lead Statistician across multiple studies, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee statistical planning, analysis, and documentation (SAPs, Tables/Figures/Listings, Randomisation Specs, Reports).
- Provide statistical input to protocols, study designs, sample size calculations, and CSRs.
- Lead complex statistical analyses, including PK data analysis.
- Contribute to bid defences, client meetings, and departmental process improvements.
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
What we’re looking for
- PhD or MSc in Biostatistics (or related field).
- 3+ years’ experience as a Lead Statistician in a CRO, pharma, or biotech environment.
- Expert knowledge of statistical principles and regulatory requirements in clinical research.
- Proficiency in SAS programming.
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex concepts to non-statisticians.
- PK analysis experience; RWD knowledge is a plus.
