This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly from home, using Mable Therapys creative online therapy platform to provide speech and language therapy to children. The interactive video software features games, resources and activities which enable a range of therapeutic approaches to be used to support the child. This associate role works on a referral basis, meaning you\’ll have full flexibility over when you work and the age ranges and clinical specialisms you\’d like to work with.

Requirements
- A passion for speech and language therapy and supporting children with communication needs
- A creative and innovative approach.
- Energy and drive to provide high-quality therapeutic services.
- Excellent communication skills both with clients, teachers, parents and colleagues.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for new technology/willingness to learn new programmes.
- Must manage own diary and caseload effectively.
- Adhere to Mable Therapy safeguarding and data protection policies.
- Have a good quality PC or laptop to use for sessions.
- Have a fast broadband connection within your home.
- HCPC and RCSLT registration
- At least three years of experience post-qualification in a paediatric role
- A clinical specialism is desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with the one of the following areas is desirable:
- Hearing Impairment
- Complex Needs
- Confidence in supporting secondary school and above
