We are a leading temporary works specialist and at the forefront of our industry for over 60 years, with a reputation built on engineering and service excellence. This enables us to deliver the right temporary work solution for our customers, regardless of the scale or complexity of the project. Our customers include civil engineering and construction contractors, asset owners, and consulting engineering firms, through to small builders.
We are currently looking for a Yard Operative in our Hatfield depot, to support our growing operations team. This is a fantastic role that will allow the successful candidate to upskill and develop through the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Load vehicles against picking lists and other authorised documentation, ensuring accurate delivery of fleet items.
- Unload and segregate incoming equipment to ensure the accuracy of goods in.
- Record receipt of loads following return from hire or goods received from the supplier, maintaining accurate records.
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements in the depot to ensure loading, unloading and movement of stock is carried out in a safe and secure environment.
- Inspect equipment for any damage in accordance with the quality manual and ensure kit is fit for purpose.
- Drive or use work equipment to ensure daily routines are completed within timescales.
What You Need
- Experience in an operative position
- FLT Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Good general health
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
