We are looking to recruit for our Leicester office, with the expectation of travel to suit project requirements across any of our four offices. Applicants are required to have:
- 10 years of industry experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects, preferably with schools, industrial or residential experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of all the RIBA work stages
- A keen interest in high levels of design and detail
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. ArchiCad experience beneficial but not essential as CAD / BIM support and training will be provided
Key responsibilities
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams from concept through to completion
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Have strategic input into the wider direction of the office and practice
- Review, produce, and coordinate high‑quality technical design information across all RIBA Work Stages
- Conduct site visits and represent the studio externally, promoting its vision and values within the industry.
- Act as a key client liaison.
- Managing and fostering strong, productive relationships with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities
- Apply a practical, problem‑solving approach to complex design challenges
- Travel to project sites across the UK as required
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)
