MAB New Homes is a specialist mortgage brokerage focused exclusively on supporting the new homes sector. We work in close partnership with house builders and developers to deliver tailored mortgage solutions that drive successful sales outcomes. Our experienced advisers are embedded within the sales process, working directly with site teams to ensure all prospective purchasers are qualified efficiently. We provide comprehensive reporting for clear visibility into lead progression, supporting sales teams with actionable insights. Our commitment to partnership is demonstrated through our involvement in site launches, weekend events, and regular sales meetings, ensuring proactive support at every stage.

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Consultant. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for providing tailored mortgage solutions, working closely with house builders and developers to support the new homes sector. Daily tasks include qualifying prospective purchasers, offering mortgage advice, and providing comprehensive reporting on lead progression and reservation activity. The role also involves active participation in site launches, weekend events, and regular sales meetings to ensure proactive support.

Qualifications:

  • Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages knowledge
  • Experience in Mortgage Broking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the new build industry is a plus
