Location: Berkhamsted (Hybrid – 3 days + per week in office)

About the role

You’ll work closely with the founder and wider team to run social pages, ideate and execute campaigns, manage content, attend events and represent the brand, and support brand activations. This is a role for someone who’s proactive, creative, and excited to learn, and wants to create work that has a real impact on the business and its community!

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and create content for organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Identify opportunities to launch the brand across additional social channels
  • Plan, brief and support partner agencies on creative and media projects
  • Ideate campaign concepts and contribute to creative direction
  • Organise and facilitate photo & video shoots, from pre-production to on-the-day coordination
  • Support website administration and product updates
  • Liaise with brand partners and manage collaborative campaigns
  • Manage influencer relationships and outreach
  • Provide event support for pop-ups, conferences and launches

About you

  • 2+ years experience in a brand or marketing team OR recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with organic social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Confident creating content and working with creative teams
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and collaborative
  • Creative-thinker with an eye for great content and marketing
  • Passionate about marketing, storytelling, and community building

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience in fashion, sportswear or ecommerce
  • A passion for sports, exercise or activities where you would wear a sports bra
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, or Canva
  • Demonstrated competency using Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager (paid social)
