We’re opening our newest MAAP LaB in London and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help bring it to life. This isn’t just retail. It’s a space where cycling, culture and community intersect. Rides, coffee, conversation - all anchored by a premium product experience.
As #2 in store, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive performance and deliver the MAAP experience on the floor.
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the LaB
- Lead from the floor, driving service standards, sales performance and team engagement
- Act as the key escalation point during trading hours when required
- Coach and develop team members through in-the-moment feedback and support
- Support roster execution, inventory management and operational processes
- Step into Store Manager responsibilities as required
- Play an active role in delivering community rides, events and activations
Requirements:
- Solid retail experience with exposure to team leadership or keyholder responsibilities
- High attention to detail across product, VM and customer experience
- Commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs
- Connected to cycling, fashion or cultural communities
