We’re opening our newest MAAP LaB in London and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help bring it to life. This isn’t just retail. It’s a space where cycling, culture and community intersect. Rides, coffee, conversation - all anchored by a premium product experience.

As #2 in store, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive performance and deliver the MAAP experience on the floor.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the LaB
  • Lead from the floor, driving service standards, sales performance and team engagement
  • Act as the key escalation point during trading hours when required
  • Coach and develop team members through in-the-moment feedback and support
  • Execute visual merchandising standards with precision and consistency
  • Support roster execution, inventory management and operational processes
  • Step into Store Manager responsibilities as required
  • Play an active role in delivering community rides, events and activations
What you bring:
  • Solid retail experience with exposure to team leadership or keyholder responsibilities
  • Strong execution focus - you deliver consistently and at pace
  • Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence others
  • High attention to detail across product, VM and customer experience
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs
