Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business, Engineering, or Industrial Operations
- 4 – 7 years of experience in process improvement, including data gathering, analysis, change management, process implementation, and evaluation activities
Highly Desired Qualifications
- Masters in a field related to Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- 5 years of experience supporting process or performance improvement efforts within the Naval Shipyards, or at least 5 years of Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite Functional and Process Knowledge/Experience
- 15 years of experience in process improvement, including data gathering, analysis, change management, process implementation, and evaluation activities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- LSS Black Belt or Green Belt Certification or equivalent certification in a similar process improvement methodology
