Food Service Assistant – MAAC, LLC

Location: Stirling, Scotland, United Kingdom

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and take food and drink orders.
• Serve food and drinks and assist with setting up serving areas.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and payments.
• Provide advice on menu choices and special dietary requirements.
• Assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, chilled foods and basic cooking or re‑heating.
• Keep all eating, serving and kitchen areas clean and tidy.
• Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleaning schedules.
• Ensure equipment, such as vending machines and coffee makers, is clean and refilled.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in catering/hospitality or similar sectors.
• Comfortable serving customers during very busy periods.
• Confidence in adapting to new situations and environments.
