Customer Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Hillington! You\'ll be part of a busy department, ensuring that every customer has a first-class experience, even when things don’t go as planned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, face-to-face interactions, and digital platforms.
  • Manage customer cases through our system, ensuring smooth resolution.
  • Oversee customer orders, maintaining communication throughout the process.
  • Liaise with external suppliers on behalf of customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Process card and cash payments accurately.
  • Perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
