Our client is seeking a high-calibre Production Manager to take ownership of manufacturing operations, driving performance, efficiency, and team capability across the site. The Role:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team
- Deliver production plans in line with business targets and customer demand
- Drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost (SQDPC)
- Proactively identify and resolve production challenges to minimise downtime
- Embed a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless production flow
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational discipline
- Utilise data and systems to monitor performance and inform decision-making
Required:
- Proven experience leading large-scale production teams in manufacturing
- Strong track record of delivering against operational KPIs
- Engaging, hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience driving continuous improvement / lean initiatives
- Commercial awareness with a focus on efficiency and output
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
