Mechanical Maintenance Fitter (CNC) MAA Recruitment are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter with experience on CNC machinery. Our client is a world-renowned company based on the South Side of Glasgow that operate in the manufacturing sector. They are looking for a permanent candidate to join their skilled team of engineers. Role: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within the site facility. Service and repair manual and CNC machinery. Carry out diagnostics and implementing repairs. Maintenance of plant and equipment including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Understand drawings and O&M manuals. Skills: Experience of CNC machinery Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Experience with lifting and slinging Self-inspection Education: Must be time served and hold SVQ/NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds/Modern Apprenticeship Hours/Pay: Dayshift: 7.45am-4.30pm Mon-Thurs 7.45am-11.45am Fri 37 basic hours £35,350 pa (£18.37/hr) Nightshift: 6.30pm-6.30am Mon-Thurs £61,002 (£24.43/hr) 4 x12 Hours Shifts: Dayshift £57,900 pa (£23.20/hr) Nightshift £67,550 pa (£27.06/hr) Days/Nights £62,725 pa (£25.13/hr) Benefits: Bonus 33 days holidays (including bank holidays) Holiday Buy and Sell – (3 days) Pension – Employer Contributes 6% Life Cover – 3 times basic salary Opportunities to develop Please call us for a confidential chat.
