Our client is seeking a proactive and organised HSEQ Coordinator to support the ongoing development and management of their Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in compliance, training, and operational performance within a growing business.

The Nitty Gritty:

  • Permanent position

  • Working closely with Operations and Project Teams

The Role:

  • Coordinate and support delivery of audit schedules
  • Manage the Action Management process and track corrective actions
  • Collect and analyse environmental and performance data
  • Produce weekly HSEQ reports and monthly board reports
  • Maintain and manage HSEQ systems, including user access
  • Support internal audits and incident/response activities
  • Manage training records, certifications, and compliance
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new employees
  • Ensure training validity and adherence to required standards
  • Support community benefit initiatives

Required:

  • Experience in HSEQ, compliance, or operations coordination
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience managing data, reporting, and internal systems
  • Ability to track actions and ensure follow-through
  • Strong communication skills across multiple teams
  • Experience with training coordination or onboarding (desirable)

  • Monday to Friday
  • Standard office hours (flexibility dependent on business needs)
