The Role - Demi Chef de Partie
As Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in delivering MA/ NAs food offering to the highest standard. You will contribute to preparation and service across kitchen sections with care, consistency and attention to detail, developing your technical skills while working within a calm, disciplined kitchen environment. This role is ideal for a chef ready to grow within a refined, creative team.

- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a high-end or fine dining environment
