Senior Sommelier - MA/NA Mayfair MA/NA Mayfair is seeking an exceptional Senior Sommelier to join the team at one of London's most exciting Japanese dining destinations. Located on Upper Grosvenor Street in the heart of Mayfair, MA/NA is a refined Japanese restaurant and cocktail destination built around precision, atmosphere, and understated luxury. Every detail has been carefully considered. From the menu and design to the music, lighting, and service style creating a restaurant experience that feels both immersive and deeply personal. As Senior Sommelier, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class wine and sake programme within a highly ambitious and detail-driven environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you will guide guests through a highly curated beverage experience while helping to drive standards, training, and service excellence across the floor.
