Los Mochis City is seeking an exceptional Reception Manager to lead the reception operation at our flagship rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the ninth floor and spanning 14,000 sq ft with a stunning 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace overlooking the City skyline, Los Mochis City has quickly established itself as one of London's most exciting dining destinations. As Reception Manager, you will lead the reception team, oversee the guest journey from arrival to departure, and play a pivotal role in maximising covers, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring seamless communication between reception, reservations, and restaurant operations. The Role

As Reception Manager, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the reception team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily reception operations and ensure all procedures and service standards are consistently maintained
  • Maximise covers and seating allocations whilst ensuring an exceptional guest journey
  • Work closely with restaurant management to ensure smooth guest flow throughout service
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the reception function
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop reception team members
  • Maintain exceptional standards of communication between reception, reservations, and floor teams
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed

About You

We are looking for a Reception Manager who has:

  • Previous experience as a Reception Manager within a premium restaurant, luxury hospitality venue, or members' club
  • A proven track record of leading and developing successful reception teams
  • Experience with OpenTable
  • Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Experience managing reservations, seating plans, and guest flow in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
  • The right to live and work in the UK
