LUNA Omakase is seeking an exceptional Omakase Head Waiter to join our intimate 12-seat omakase experience within Los Mochis City, located on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. As Omakase Head Waiter, you will lead the front‑of‑house guest journey within the omakase space, delivering seamless, highly personalised service while working closely with the chefs to create an immersive and unforgettable experience. The Role: As Omakase Head Waiter, you will:
- Lead service within the omakase space with confidence and warmth
- Deliver a highly engaging and personalised guest experience
- Build strong relationships with returning guests and VIP clientele
- Work closely with the chefs to ensure seamless coordination throughout service
- Present dishes, ingredients, and beverages with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every aspect of the guest journey
- Support and guide junior front‑of‑house team members
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation are maintained at all times
