Los Mochis Notting Hill is seeking an enthusiastic and hospitality-driven Commis Waiter / Waitress to join our award-winning front-of-house team. About the Role
As a Commis Waiter / Waitress, you will work closely with the waiter team, runners, sommeliers, and management to deliver seamless service throughout the guest journey. You will learn the highest standards of hospitality while developing your food, beverage, and service knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Waiters and Head Waiters during service
- Assist with food and beverage delivery to guests
- Prepare and maintain restaurant sections before, during, and after service
- Ensure tables are presented to the highest standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menus and daily specials
- Work collaboratively with both front and back-of-house teams
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
