Thesleff Group is looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team and help shape the digital presence of some of London's most exciting hospitality brands. From Los Mochis and Sale e Pepe to MA/NA, Luna Omakase, Juno Omakase and Viajante87, you'll play a key role in creating compelling content, growing engaged communities, and bringing our brands to life across social media.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital content. Working closely with the Head of Social, you'll oversee day-to-day social media activity across multiple brands, developing ideas, managing content calendars, creating engaging copy, coordinating influencer partnerships, and ensuring every post reflects the quality and personality of our venues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing social media channels across a portfolio of premium hospitality brands
  • Planning and scheduling engaging content that drives audience growth
  • Writing creative, on‑brand copy for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
  • Working with internal creatives on campaigns, launches and events
  • Building and managing influencer relationships
  • Analysing performance and using insights to improve future content
  • Supporting and mentoring a Social Media Executive

We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years' experience in social media management
  • Experience working with luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Creative, proactive and full of fresh ideas
