Thesleff Group is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Reservations Manager to lead and develop our central reservations function across a portfolio of some of London's most exciting hospitality brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations Manager who combines exceptional guest service with strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for hospitality.
As Reservations Manager, you will play a key role in maximising covers, driving revenue, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the standards and personality of our brands. Working closely with operational leadership teams, the Reservations Manager will oversee all reservation activity, optimise booking performance, manage guest communications, and lead the reservations team to deliver a seamless experience from first contact through to arrival.

The Role: As Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of reservations across the group, ensuring guest enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine hospitality. You will work closely with General Managers, Operations, Marketing and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy, manage guest demand, and support business performance.
- Lead and manage the central reservations function across multiple venues
- Oversee all guest reservations, enquiries and special requests
- Manage reservations systems and booking platforms
- Monitor availability, booking trends and guest demand
- Maximise covers and revenue opportunities through effective yield management
- Ensure guest communications are timely, accurate and personalised
- Produce reservations and booking reports for operational teams
- Train, coach and develop reservations team members
- Build strong relationships with VIP guests, concierges and key partners
- Work closely with restaurant management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Support new venue openings, launches and special events
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Reservations Manager or Senior Reservations Executive within premium hospitality
- Strong knowledge of the OpenTable reservations systems and booking platforms
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue optimisation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
