Thesleff Group is seeking an exceptional Reservations Agent to join our growing Reservations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest experience, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Reservations Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, acting as an ambassador for our brands and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of service we are known for.

Working across our portfolio of award-winning venues, you will manage reservations, respond to guest enquiries, maximise booking opportunities, and help create memorable experiences before our guests even arrive.

The Role: As a Reservations Agent, you will:

  • Manage reservations across multiple Thesleff Group venues
  • Respond to guest enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels
  • Accurately input and manage reservations using OpenTable and internal systems
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with every interaction
  • Achieve departmental KPIs, conversion targets, and service level agreements
  • Identify opportunities to maximise bookings while maintaining an outstanding guest experience
  • Develop strong knowledge of our venues, menus, events, and brand standards
  • Escalate guest feedback, complaints, and operational concerns when appropriate
  • Work closely with the Events Team to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Support the wider business with additional duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a reservations, reception, or guest services role
  • Experience using OpenTable or similar reservation systems
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive, proactive, and professional approach
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider business

Additional Information:

  • Full-time position
  • Based at our Central Reservations Office in Mayfair
  • Minimum one year of relevant hospitality experience preferred
  • Right to work in the UK required
