The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital content. Working closely with the Head of Social, you'll oversee day-to-day social media activity across multiple brands, developing ideas, managing content calendars, creating engaging copy, coordinating influencer partnerships, and ensuring every post reflects the quality and personality of our venues.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing social media channels across a portfolio of premium hospitality brands
- Planning and scheduling engaging content that drives audience growth
- Writing creative, on‑brand copy for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Working with internal creatives on campaigns, launches, and events
- Building and managing influencer relationships
- Analyzing performance and using insights to improve future content
- Supporting and mentoring a Social Media Executive
We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience in social media management
- Experience working with luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
- Creative, proactive, and full of fresh ideas
