As Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brands to life across digital, print, social media, websites, menus, marketing campaigns, presentations, and guest-facing materials. Working closely with our Creative Director, marketing team, and operational leaders, you will create visually compelling content that reflects the premium nature of our brands while helping to drive engagement, awareness, and commercial success. Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets
- Create menus, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials
- Support the visual development and maintenance of multiple brand websites
- Ensure consistency across all brand identities while bringing fresh creative ideas
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and creative teams on campaigns and projects
- Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with suppliers when required
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign development
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
About You
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, retail, or premium consumer brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience using Figma and working with website assets and UX principles
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Confident collaborating with multiple stakeholders across a business
