Thesleff Group is one of London's leading hospitality businesses, operating a portfolio of award-winning restaurants and luxury dining concepts including Los Mochis, Sale e Pepe Mare, Juno Omakase, Viajante87, Luna Omakase and MA/NA.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function for two restaurants within the group. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this is a hands-on role responsible for financial reporting, controls, reconciliations and business partnering within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce monthly management accounts and reporting packs
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and month-end journals
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Reconcile payroll, revenue, settlements and key control accounts
  • Review financial performance and investigate variances
  • Support audits, budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Drive process improvements and support finance automation projects
  • Build strong relationships with operational and senior management teams
About You
  • Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar
  • Hospitality, restaurant, hotel or leisure sector experience preferred
  • Strong month-end reporting and reconciliation experience
  • Excellent understanding of AP, AR and payroll accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
  • Organised, commercially aware and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with Power BI, Simphony, Fourth or Infor SUN would be advantageous
