Combining exceptional ingredients, warm hospitality, and refined Italian cuisine, we are now looking for a passionate and driven Demi Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

The Role

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie in the smooth running of your section, helping to deliver high‑quality dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who is ready to take the next step in their career within a professional, fast‑paced, and supportive kitchen environment. Working alongside experienced senior chefs, you will gain exposure to all aspects of preparation, service, and presentation while continuing to develop your technical skills and confidence in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie with the day‑to‑day running of your section
  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard
  • Support mise en place and service preparation
  • Ensure recipes, portioning, and presentation standards are followed consistently
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Keep your section clean, organised, and well stocked
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
  • Support and guide Commis Chefs where required
  • Learn and develop under the guidance of senior chefs

About You

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
  • Genuine passion for Italian cuisine and fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills
  • Reliable, organised, and eager to progress
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK
