MA+ Group is seeking a Junior Producer / Agent Assistant for the London Beauty division.
Candidates should be interested in pursuing a career in creative talent agenting or production.

An interest in, and knowledge of the fashion & beauty industry and social media is preferred.
Reporting to the Junior Beauty Agent / Senior Producer and assisting the Senior Agent as required.
Junior Producer Role
Production
- Assist Agent in working on the Artist Schedules
- Review and send out call sheets to talent & assistants
- Coordinate International Travel under guidance of the agent
- Arrange flights, hotels, and cars
- Collect receipts
- Oversee assistant database and keeping contact information up to date
- Option Assistants for Artist shoes and fashion shows
- Accounting
- Generate invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the accounting department on past due payments
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Imagery / Website
- Collect, save, and upload assets for artist archives & agency website
