Role Mission: To identify and engage with Europe's most ambitious tech startups and scale-ups, building genuine relationships to drive strategic growth and shape the future of communications for MA Family. This is a unique opportunity for a Business Development Manager to shape the future of communications for Europe's most ambitious tech companies.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and engage potential clients across the European startup ecosystem.
- Attend and represent MA Family at industry events, conferences, and founder meetups across Europe.
- Build relationships with founders, VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem players who refer or introduce potential clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and new opportunities, working closely with partners to shape proposals.
- Stay up-to-date on the UK and European startup landscape to identify companies needing communications support.
- Shape and own the business development direction within the company from the ground up.
- Directly collaborate with partners on strategy and positioning for new business.
What We're Looking For:
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Based in Europe with willingness to travel regularly across the continent and to the US.
- Experience building relationships with founders, VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem players.
Great to Have:
- Experience identifying and engaging potential clients in the European startup ecosystem.
