The salary is up to £27,000-£32,000 (DOE) plus 15% OTE and company benefits. As Client Relationship Executive, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with senior professionals, supporting high-profile events, conferences, awards, and research initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and invite key individuals, including fund buyers and industry professionals, to attend events, awards, and conferences.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior professionals, acting as a key liaison between Mark Allen Group and its audience.
  • Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, behaviours, and industry trends, supporting survey response targets and insight-gathering.
  • Represent the company at events, supporting logistics and ensuring high-quality participation.
  • Articulate the value of our events, publications, and research to prospective attendees.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and audience data, using insights to inform engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, events, and editorial teams to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Track outreach and attendance metrics, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to engagement strategies.
