An excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our London Building Consultancy team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of surveying services while supporting professional development toward chartership.
Responsibilities
- Undertake building inspections, condition surveys and professional reports
- Assist with refurbishment and maintenance projects
- Support contract administration duties
- Prepare schedules of work and specifications
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
- Support senior surveyors across multiple projects
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Working toward MRICS (preferred)
- Consultancy or client-side experience desirable
