We are looking for a business-minded and target-driven individual to join our business.

Consulting for a wide range of household brand companies, you\’ll be joining a dynamic industry that is competitive, social and successful.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with customers
  • Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business
  • Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer‑first culture
  • Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice
  • Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and comfort speaking with all members of the internal business and customers
  • Reporting and hitting targets comes second nature to you – good Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Remain calm under pressure and serve as a resource for advice and guidance to the team
  • Proactive, with a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude

Qualifications

  • Familiar with lead management and data performance
  • Capable of managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices
  • Ability to manage agent performance and growth
  • Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Energy to work speedily and with accuracy in a pressurised sales environment
  • Energetic, passionate, and results‑driven team player
  • Experience in a fast‑paced environment with proven management abilities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
