Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with customers
- Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business
- Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer‑first culture
- Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice
- Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and comfort speaking with all members of the internal business and customers
- Reporting and hitting targets comes second nature to you – good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Remain calm under pressure and serve as a resource for advice and guidance to the team
- Proactive, with a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude
Qualifications
- Familiar with lead management and data performance
- Capable of managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices
- Ability to manage agent performance and growth
- Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies
- Energy to work speedily and with accuracy in a pressurised sales environment
- Energetic, passionate, and results‑driven team player
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment with proven management abilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
