As a Sales Leader you will:
* Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business

* Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice
* Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market
* Reporting and hitting targets comes second nature to you – good excel/google sheets skills
* Familiar with lead management and data performance
* Ability to manage agent performance and growth
* Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies
* Energy to work speedily and with accuracy in a pressurised sales environment
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities
