M8l in Brighton is seeking a senior product designer to join as the first dedicated design hire. You will define the connective tissue between the Boundless platform, partners, and members, building foundational design systems and information architecture for an accessible, multi-generational community.
You will own the member journey end-to-end across mobile and web, shape product direction, and collaborate with engineering to ship impactful experiences using Figma and AI-native tools.
