M7 Real Estate is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our UK team and optimise assets for best-in-class occupier experience.
You’ll manage a portfolio of last mile and urban industrial assets, identifying strategies to actively drive asset value while ensuring occupier satisfaction.
You’ll own and implement an annual business plan for each asset, lead lettings, renewals and capex projects, and build strong relationships with agents, solicitors, and surveyors.
