We help organizations communicate complex ideas clearly through presentations, storytelling, and visual communication. As a Junior Presentation Consultant, your role is to work alongside senior consultants to help clients turn their ideas, information, and technical content into clear, structured presentations. You do not need to be an expert in presentations yet — we will train you in our methodology. What matters most is that you are curious, organized, comfortable speaking with people, and eager to learn how communication works in a business environment.
You will attend client meetings, help structure content, build slides, and present work back to clients as your confidence grows. This is an excellent role for someone early in their career who enjoys public speaking, explaining ideas, teaching others, or simplifying complex topics.
Main duties and responsibilities:- Participate in training on our presentation and storytelling framework
- Observe and support senior consultants on client calls
- Learn how business presentations are structured and delivered
- Attend client meetings and take notes
- Help organize and simplify client content
- Assist in building presentation slides and storyboards
- Prepare materials for workshops and coaching sessions
- Help review slides for clarity and consistency
- Present sections of work back to clients (with support)
- Explain slide changes and structure decisions
- Help clients understand how to communicate their message clearly
- Ask questions to understand what the client is trying to achieve
- Work closely with designers and consultants
- Help track tasks and next steps
- Communicate updates internally
- Support training sessions and workshops
- Over time, grow into running smaller client calls and presenting independently
- Comfortable speaking in front of others (virtually or in person)
- Strong written and verbal communication
