Sales Executive

• Developing professional customer relationships, responding appropriately to client requests and concerns regarding quotes, future service orders and post-completion queries with a new to attracting more business.

• Liaise with senior staff to determine supply of services demanded by customers.

• Deliver a positive experience.

• Maximise opportunities of sales by advising clients on services on offer.

• Advising client on budgeting and payment methods.

• Have the ability to effectively resolve customer disputes and complaints.

• Keep an account of sales and develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Manage client’s expectations with respects to level of service expected.

• Possess and utilise knowledge of the services offered by the company.

• Possess and utilise knowledge of services on offer, the company, and competitors.

• Forecast and meet sales goals and objective.

• Work closely with the business development team to suggest improvements to company services based on client feedback.

• To effectively communicate and share relevant business information, targets and results with management.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. On the job training provided.

• Degree qualifications preferred. Other qualifications considered.
