We're looking for an experienced
Signage & Large Format Production Manager
to lead our production team and drive quality, efficiency and performance within a successful, growing UK business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong signage production knowledge who can manage people, streamline workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day signage and large-format print production. Plan workloads, manage deadlines and allocate resources effectively. Lead, motivate and develop the production team. Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety. Manage materials, stock levels and production costs. Work closely with artwork, sales, project management and installation teams. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and productivity. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing or supervising a signage or large-format production team. Strong knowledge of print production, fabrication, finishing and materials. Experience with printers, cutters and finishing equipment. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong eye for detail. Experience with UV printers and CNC equipment is advantageous. What We Offer £50,000 annual salary The opportunity to join an established and growing business.
