We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking HGV 2 Drivers to join our team of drivers for a busy customer delivery operation based in Manchester on a temporary to permanent basis. This role involves the safe and timely delivery of goods while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving a company HGV 2 vehicle to deliver goods to customers
- Working as part of a 2 man crew
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Carrying out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and on time
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any issues
- Completing delivery paperwork and records accurately
- Full UK HGV 2 driving licence (no more than 6 points)
- In date CPC & TACHO Cards
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Competitive rate of £17.00 per hour
- Regular working hours Monday to Friday

- Temp to perm opportunity paying £18 per hour once permanent
