Warehouse Operatives – Multiple Shifts Available, mainly looking for 4 on 4 off Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + Shift Allowance We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and professional operation in Normanton (WF6 1TW). This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable with a hands-on role and enjoy working as part of a team. 📅 Shifts Available for a Warehouse Operative 4 on 4 off – Days - 7:00am – 7:00pm - Rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern - £12.71 per hour + £3,000 per annum shift allowance - Shift allowance paid monthly Nights - Monday to Friday - 7:00pm – 5:00am - £12.71 per hour + £2,000 per annum shift allowance - Shift allowance paid monthly Days - Monday to Friday - 10:00am – 8:00pm - £12.71 per hour 🔧 The Role for a Warehouse Operative As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include: * Checking in containers and ensuring all paperwork is correct * Moving and unloading specific waste containers * Operating a forklift to load an autoclave * Weighing incoming sharps and regulated medical waste containers using the weighbridge * Loading and operating an autoclave (a pressure chamber used to treat and process materials) * Lifting and pushing carts * Completing paperwork accurately and maintaining excellent attention to detail * General housekeeping and keeping the working environment clean and organised * Standing for extended periods throughout your shift * Working closely with colleagues as part of a strong team ✅ What We're Looking For in a Warehouse Operative The successful candidates will: * Be comfortable working in a hands-on, manual role * Be physically capable of lifting, pushing and moving containers/carts * Have good attention to detail, particularly when completing paperwork * Be comfortable standing for extended periods * Work well as part of a team * Have a positive and reliable approach to work * Be willing to learn and follow site processes and procedures * Be comfortable working within a regulated working environment * Be able to provide a clear Criminal Record Declaration 🌟 Why Apply? * £12.71 per hour * Additional £3,000 annual shift allowance on the 4 on 4 off pattern * Additional £2,000 annual shift allowance on nights * Shift allowances paid monthly * Full training provided on site processes and equipment * Long-term opportunity * Team-focused working environment If you're looking for a stable warehouse position with great shift patterns and additional earning potential, we'd love to hear from you. 📩 Apply today to find out more and secure your place
