M4 Specialist are recruiting for a Class 2 Driver for an ongoing Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a respected employer based in Wetherby, who is one of the biggest drink distributors in the UK. If you're physically fit, reliable, and ready to get started – we want to hear from you! Newly qualified drivers approved for this location. Please note this role includes the handling of alcohol.
Pay & Perks for a Class 2 Driver:
- £16.54 per hour – PAYE
- Monday to Friday only
- Start times between 5:00am – 7:00am
- Weekly pay
- Temp to Perm opportunity with a secure future
What You’ll Be Doing as a Class 2 Driver:
- Safely deliver goods to sites across the region
- Maintain a professional image on the road and at delivery points
- Complete daily vehicle checks and keep your truck tidy and roadworthy
- Follow all road safety laws, tachograph regulations, and company procedures
- Provide top-tier customer service with every drop
- Keep paperwork accurate and well-documented
- Approx 10-12 drops per day – please note this role includes the handling of alcohol
What You’ll Need as a Class 2 Driver:
- Valid Class 2 (C) Licence
- Up-to-date CPC & Digi Tacho Card
- Ideally 12 months+ driving experience, new passes accepted
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Physically fit and confident with some manual handling
- A solid work ethic and team-player mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
Location: Wetherby (LS23 7FJ)
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 5:00–7:00am starts
Rate: £16.54 per hour + potential overtime
Contract: Temp to Perm (long-term stability)
