Our client is looking for a Porter to join their home delivery team based in LS25 6JH.
You will be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient delivery and movement of customers' goods.
This is a physically demanding role involving the delivery and handling of furniture, kitchens, bedrooms and other large household items, so applicants must be physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting.

What you'll do on a typical day
- Assist with the delivery of furniture, kitchens, bedrooms and other household products
- Carry and manoeuvre heavy and bulky items safely
- Work alongside the delivery team to ensure goods are delivered accurately and on time
- Provide excellent customer service at customers' homes
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles where required
What you need to succeed
- You must be physically fit due to the heavy lifting involved xgikmsk
- A valid DBS check is required
- You must have your own hi-vis clothing
- You must have suitable safety shoes or safety boots
- A positive and reliable attitude towards work
